Total Peace of Mind is designed for families who need a clearer understanding of what is happening at a parent’s home. Through monthly visits, practical safety checks and annual professional assessments, Sunday Concierge helps identify changes, address concerns early and reduce the uncertainty that comes from not being there yourself.
What’s included
Everything in Helping Hand
Total Peace of Mind includes all Helping Hand services, including exterior reviews, home maintenance reminders and access to storm preparation support.
It also adds monthly visits, interior oversight and a broader focus on the safety, comfort and day-to-day function of the home.
Monthly interior and exterior visits
A Sunday Concierge team member visits the property every month to review key areas inside and outside the home.
More frequent visits allow us to notice changes, follow up on previous concerns and identify visible maintenance or safety issues before they become more serious.
After each visit, you receive a clear update on what we saw and anything that may require attention.
Comfort and safety checks
Small household issues can create unnecessary risk or frustration, especially when they go unnoticed.
During each visit, we check practical areas such as:
Smoke and carbon monoxide alarms
Interior and exterior lighting
Sinks, dishwashers and drains
Major household appliances
Dryer vent condition
Clutter, garbage and visible trip hazards
The goal is simple: help keep the home safe, comfortable and functioning as it should.
Everyday technology support
A dead battery, a disconnected camera or an unreliable internet connection can quickly become stressful.
We check hearing aid and remote-control batteries, reset the router when needed, and confirm that Ring or other home-security cameras are functioning.
These are small details, but they can make everyday life much easier for your parent and reduce avoidable calls for help.
Annual professional safety assessments
Once each year, the home receives two deeper professional reviews:
Occupational Therapist Senior Safety Assessment
A qualified occupational therapist evaluates how safely and comfortably your parent can move through and use the home, with practical recommendations for reducing risk and supporting independence.
Certified home inspection
A certified inspector completes a professional assessment of the property to identify maintenance, repair and structural concerns beyond the scope of a regular monthly visit.
Together, these assessments provide a clearer picture of both the home and how well it continues to support the person living there.

Scam and fraud prevention
Older adults are frequent targets of phone scams, misleading mail and fraudulent payment requests.
Your parent receives an easy-to-use phone scam prevention card to keep near the phone. We can also help review questionable mail with their permission, providing another safeguard before they respond or send money.
For families who need to know more than “everything is fine”
A short phone call does not always tell you what is really happening. Your parent may not notice a developing problem, may not want to worry you, or may simply say everything is fine.
