Trusted Concierge

The foundation of our support is the Family Concierge service: Ongoing access to someone who has gotten to know your family and their needs; who can be contacted by phone, email, or text at any time to manage all your property needs. They also work in conjunction with our regular structured home assessments to manage and remedy any issues identified. Doing all of the work for you, but keeping you efficiently informed every step of the way.

Home Assessment

Your family could use support, but each family’s needs are different. That’s why our packages provide flexibilty, allowing you to choose how frequently we pay your parents a visit, depending on their needs, and how much peice of mind is important to you.

  • Visual inspection of the property

  • Testing of exterior lighting

  • Inspection of the stairs, railings, and removal of debris or tripping hazards
