1. Book a Discovery Call
Let’s talk about your parents’ needs.
Schedule a free consultation online or by phone. We’ll ask a few thoughtful questions about your parents’ home, health, and routines, and set a time for our first in-home visit.
2. In-Home Onboarding Visit
We meet your parents. We assess the home.
A trained local representative visits the home to meet your parents and conduct a detailed safety and maintenance assessment, both inside and out.
You’ll receive a full report with photos and can join by video if you can’t be there in person.
3. Bi-Weekly Home Check-Ins
Every two weeks (or more), we stop by—so you don’t have to worry.
We check the home top to bottom for:
Safety hazards
Maintenance issues
Exterior condition
Appliances, lights, locks, and more
From loose railings to uncut grass, we catch the small stuff before it becomes big.
4. Detailed Reports Within 24 Hours
You’ll always know what’s going on.
After each visit, we send a concise, photo-rich report straight to your inbox or phone.
Every report includes:
What we checked
Any issues or concerns (with photos)
Friendly notes about how your parents are doing
Suggested next steps (e.g. “Approve gutter quote”)
