1. Book a Discovery Call
Let’s talk about your parents’ needs.
Schedule a free consultation online or by phone. We’ll ask a few thoughtful questions about your parents’ home, health, and routines, to best understand how we can help.
2. In-Home Onboarding Visit
We meet your parents. We assess the home.
A trained local representative visits the home to meet your parents and conduct a detailed safety and maintenance assessment, both inside and out.
You’ll receive a full report with photos and can join by video if you can’t be there in person.
3. Scheduled Home Check-Ins
On a regular schedule, a familiar Sunday Concierge representative stops by so you don’t have to worry.
We check the home top to bottom. We catch the small things before they become bigger issues.
4. Detailed Reports Within 24 Hours
You’ll always know what’s going on.
After each visit, we send a concise, photo-rich report straight to your inbox or phone.
Every report includes:
What we checked
Any issues or concerns (with photos)
Friendly notes about how your parents are doing
Recommendations (e.g. “Grab bars for shower”)
5. We Handle the Fixes
