How soon can you start?
Due to high demand, new clients are placed on a short waiting list. Once a spot becomes available in your area, we’ll reach out to begin the onboarding process.
Where is Sunday Concierge available?
We currently serve Halifax, Nova Scotia, and surrounding areas within 100 km. However, we're expanding soon!

Do I need to coordinate with multiple service providers?
Not at all. Sunday Concierge handles everything from routine yardwork to larger home projects. You pay us directly, and we take care of coordinating trusted local professionals.
What if my parent doesn’t want a particular service or visit?
We believe in providing respectful and transparent care. If a parent declines a service or denies access, we notify you immediately and work together to find the best path forward.
Can I pause or change the service if my parent is away or unwell?
Yes. With notice, services can be paused or modified for up to 3 months to accommodate travel, illness, or other changes.
What happens in an emergency?
In the event of an emergency at the home, we immediately notify emergency services and then contact you and any other authorized individuals on file.
Do you offer help with moving or selling the home?
Yes. We offer packages that include junk removal, packing, downsizing support, and move coordination—helping your family through transitions with care and professionalism.
